Governor Karyn Polito, Secretary of A&F Michael Heffernan, Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Mike Kennealy, Executive Director of MassHousing Chrystal Kornegay, Chairman, President and CEO of MassMutual Roger Crandall, MGM Springfield President Chris Kelley, and other project stakeholders to officially launch the historic $51.3 million Elm Street Redevelopment and Preservation Project.
