Due to the volume of applications and following the recommendation of the City’s Internal Retail Marijuana Review Committee, a revised timetable selection process has been announced.
Mayor Sarno states, “We want to be thorough and fair to all the applicants and just as important, that any proposal selected will be respectful to the residents and business community in their neighborhood area – we want to make sure we get this thing right and proceed accordingly.”
The schedule is as follows:
- June 20, 2019, 8 am to 12 pm – Review of Evaluations
- June 24, 2019, 8 am to 12 pm – Review of Evaluations
- July 9, 2019 – Public Mayoral announcement of selected entities
Also of note, proposers may contact Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer, with written any questions regarding this RFQ/P. Proposers are prohibited from communicating directly with any employee of the City regarding this RFQ/P and no other individual City employee or representative is authorized to provide any information or respond to any question or inquiry concerning this RFQ/P.
