Mayor Sarno Congratulates 100 Males to College Program Graduates

Mayor Sarno addressed the “100 Males to College” students today at UMass Springfield. 100 Males to College is an initiative of the Springfield Public Schools and Massachusetts Department of Higher Education in partnership with STCC, the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Westfield State University. Of the 119 young men in the program, 59 are graduating seniors. Of this group, 56 will pursue college and the remaining three will join the military.
