• 3 Story Main Terminal Building – 120,250 SF (Land area - 50,000 SF)
• 2 Story Baggage Building – 92,618 SF (Land Area -53,000 SF)
• Abutting parcel – 30,723 SF (Former Hotel Charles site)

Project Status:

• The Springfield Redevelopment Authority is moving forward with implementing the approved plan. Next steps include procurement for design services, expected to begin in 2010.
