Description:
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has expressed strong interest in the site as an information technology data center for the Commonwealth.

The Department of Capital Asset and Management (DCAM) has contracted with the architectural firm of Jung Brannen as architect and a team of sub-contractors; the objective of that study was to develop a space program for the building, evaluate site conditions and establish feasibility and cost of the project as a basis for design. The city is working with the Governor’s office, various State Departments, the local Legislative delegation and the private and public sectors on locating the information technology center at this site.
