Description:  Nuvo Bank & Trust Company, a new bank that is being organized in Springfield, is expected to open by year-end in Tower Square, 1500 Main St.  The bank, which will be the first local start-up bank in Springfield in 20 years, is leasing approximately 10,000 square feet of office space on the ground floor of Tower Square where BayBank was once headquartered.  The space will include the main branch, corporate offices, and community meeting rooms.
