Armoury Commons Park is located at the intersection of Spring and Pearl Streets in the Metro Center neighborhood of Springfield.  This project involves redesigning the park to reflect a change in usage.  There will be a new passive recreation lower level courtyard with a central sculpture and a new handicap accessible walkway.  The new plantings will include shrubs, trees, perennials and lawn.

The major work in the upper level courtyard involves replacing the fountain, installing a game table area, and installing a new accessible drinking fountain.
