Treetop ParkTreetop Park The development of Tree Top Park is a response to the increased housing in the East Forest Park neighborhood and the resulting strain placed on Nathan Bill Park – the neighborhood’s only park that contains field based recreational facilities. Phase I included clearing the site, putting in a soccer field with players benches, installing a restroom facility, children’s play area, lawns, plantings, and a parking lot. A formalized entrance road with new blacktop and plantings is an integral piece of the overall development, as this entrance enhances the look and character of the immediate neighborhood. . Treetop Park is made possible through a grant from the Commonwealth, with matching funds coming from the City. Fully developed, Treetop Park is a great addition to the East Forest Park neighborhood, while at the same time satisfying the need for an additional active recreational facility.
