Direct Financial Assistance

American Dream Initiative
Eligible Homebuyers can receive assistance of $5,000 to pay costs of acquiring a home and additional assistance may be granted for minor repair needs.
Maximum household income is:
1 person	$40,150	3 persons	$51,600	5 persons	$61,950
2 persons	$45,900	4 persons	$57,350	6 persons	$66,550

Interest Rate Reduction
Participating lenders will provide an interest rate buy-down equal to 1% from the current applicable prevailing rate. Lender participation must be pre-approved by the Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services.

2 persons	$45,900	4 persons	$57,350	6 persons	$66,550

Homebuyer Assistance
Homebuyers are eligible for assistance of $2,500 to pay costs of acquiring a home.

2 persons	$65,981	4 persons	$82,441	6 persons	$95,666
