Invitation for Bids for Supply and Delivery of Partitions and Associated Hardware

at which time the proposals will be privately reviewed in the Office of Procurement.
The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required services, to submit bids for the purchase and delivery of partitions and associated hardware. This IFB is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B.
The City will award one Contractor to the Consultant that provides the lowest cost of the goods to the City. The initial term of the Contract will be one year, but will contain two (2) one-year renewal options, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. Bid documents can be requested through the City's website; www.springfieldcityhall.com or in person (during normal business hours) beginning on August 13, 2015.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
All questions regarding the RFP or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement on or before August 6, 2015 by 4:00 PM prior to deadline for proposal submittals.
