Sarno, and Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) Administrator Mary MacInnes announced a 95-year lease for the PVTA to move its offices to Union Station. The lease agreement includes a total of 18 bus berths for the PVTA, and approximately 2,300 square feet of support space, as well as 1,800 square feet of the waiting area inside of the station.
