The Springfield Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management Division hires seasonal employees, for the summer months, as a part of the aquatics staff for positions as Bath Attendants, Lifeguards, Head Guards, and Assistant Water Safety Director's. 

Work hours vary from Sunday to Saturday 35-40 hours per week.  Weekend, part-time employees are also welcome to apply.  Life guards make $9-14.50 per hour and bath attendants make $8 per hour.  All applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
