Parking, street name, traffic warning, speed limit, detour, informational signs, most are manufactured and maintained by the Traffic Division. One can only guess how many signs exist throughout Springfield. It is a full time job for two people to keep up with the replacement of signs due to vandalism, fading and accident damage.
