2010 Overvalue Applications

The filing deadline for Fiscal Year 2010 Overvalues Applications for both Real and Personal Property is February 26, 2010This deadline cannot be waived by the Assessors for any reason.  If your application is not timely filed, you lose your rights to an abatement and, by law, the Assessors cannot grant you one for Fiscal Year 2010.  An application is considered filed when received by the Assessors Office or mailed by US Mail, first class postage pre-paid to the proper address of the Assessors on or before February 26, 2010 as shown by the postmark made by the United States Postal Service.
